    Heritage Bungalows: These are standard rooms comprising a bedroom, a private sit out and a partially open-to-sky bathroom.

    Heritage Mansions: These old wooden houses are duplexes with a sit out. The ground floor has a small living space with the pantry and dresser , and a partially open to sky bathroom. The bedroom and study are located on the upper floor.

    Deluxe Pool Villas: They have a spacious bedroom with attached bathroom with a view to the private garden, a spacious living room with a kitchenette that steps out to a verandah facing the lake on one side and the private garden and pool on the otherside. The outdoor space has a small garden with a private plunge pool and a covered deck with a view to the paddy fields and fish ponds. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the comforts of your own villa

    Some of our Heritage Mansions are lake facing and sone of the Heritage Bungalows are backwater facing. All the other rooms are located on the banks of the internal water canals.

    Spice Coast Cruises use modified traditional Kettuvallams that were present on these backwaters from the start of the spice trade. They maintain the basic original design and its length & breadth. They are built using coir, bamboo and wood, traditional boat building materials of the kuttanad Region. Our boats cruise along the lakes and the narrow canals of the region. We provide cycles for guests wanting to venture along the villages and paddy fields.
