" The fine art of being " Unwind and Relax the Marari Way

The sea-side village experience set on 30 acres with coconut groves, lily ponds, fruit trees and a large organic farm.

Our seaside resort, Marari beach in Mararikulam, is a tribute to the fisherfolk of this region who populate its spirit in obvious and subtle ways. Our guest cottages echo their dwellings in style and character while our cuisine reflects the culinary subtleties of these people whose sensibilities and culture have been influenced by the charms and challenges of the oceans.

Experience Experiencing Marari Beach

Organic kitchen garden

211_organickitchen.jpg

The Marari Beach resort has an organic garden spread over four acres where a variety of vegetables and fruits are grown. Guests can enjoy the experience of picking vegetables or fruits fresh from the garden and getting the same served or cooked for them by our chef who will add magic to it through some thoughtful innovations.

Like a fishing village

210_fishermanvillage.jpg

Marari beach has a distinct coastal character. Its lay out and cottages reflect the traditional fishing villages of this area known for their simplicity and elegant charm. Close to our property is a fishing village where every morning one can get to see the fishermen bring back their catch of the day to be auctioned as is the practice. It makes for quite a spectacle and experience in itself.

Medicinal herbs for Ayurveda

The Ayurveda kitchen at the resort is located in a medicinal garden tended by Mr. Purushan. The herbs grown here are used to prepare oils that are used for Ayurvedic therapies and massages done across all the CGH Earth Ayurveda centres.
