CGH Earth Gift Cards – Terms & Conditions

1. How to redeem?

2. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards are issued by Hotel & Allied Trades Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as CGH Earth/the company.

3. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹10,000 and maximum value of ₹1,00,000 per transaction.

4. Gift Card can only be used at the participating CGH Earth hotels, resorts, villas, and bungalows. To view the list, please visit: https://www.cghearth.com/gift-card/

5. To check balance and validity, please visit: https://cghearth.woohoo.in/en-gb/CheckBalance

6. For prepaid room reservations at CGH Earth hotels, resorts, villas, and bungalows, the gift card number and PIN must be quoted when making the reservation. Standard cancellation policies would apply for such bookings.

7. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

8. Multiple transactions can be performed on the CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards until the value of the gift card is depleted.

9. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards balance may be redeemed only towards room bookings on prior reservation basis. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards cannot be used for settling the bills of Food & Beverages, Ayurveda or any other spends at the hotels, resorts, villas, and bungalows.

10. Should your booking value exceed the balance on CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards, the differential amount of such purchase may be paid through a secured payment gateway, at the time of making such a booking.

11. A valid CGH Earth Experiences Gift Card in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of check-in at the hotel.

12. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards are not valid at any other service establishment or for withdrawing cash.

13. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards. Once a CGH Earth Experiences Gift Card is issued, the company would not be able to consider any request for cancellation. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled card is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.

14. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards are cash equivalent bearer cards. The company is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and will not replace the same.

15. Persons purchasing CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards or similar products from an unauthorized seller or platform do so at their own risk and consequences; CGH Earth shall not be responsible or liable in respect of any claims or loss/damage caused to any person in any manner whatsoever in relation to CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards or similar products purchased from such unauthorized sellers or platforms. 16. Redemption of the CGH Earth Experiences Gift Card by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of the gift card.

17. Any dispute needs to be referred to Hotel & Allied Trades Private Limited and the decision of the company shall be final.

18. The CGH Earth Experiences Gift Card is subject to applicable laws. The company, purchaser and the card bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.

19. Any further dispute related to the card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi.

20. Sale or trade of CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards is strictly prohibited by any third party or platform.
