We take joy and pride in being able to locally source nearly all the ingredients in your food. Everything comes from within a 50 mile radius of the resort. Locally sourced food is fresh and nutritious and benefits the local communities. It also helps us lower our carbon footprints through reduced transportation. A good bit of our food comes from even closer locales. Many vegetables are grown in house at our organic farms as do our spices while the fish comes in fresh from the rivers nearby.
